Is Europass.ai affiliated with the official EU Europass?

No. Europass.ai is an independent AI-powered CV builder that generates CVs in the widely-recognized Europass format. It is not affiliated with the European Union or the official Europass service. The format itself is free to use and recognized across the EU.

Can I use Europass.ai for free?

Yes. You can build and export a CV at no cost with our free tier. The Premium plan (€9.99/month) unlocks unlimited CVs, all 6 premium templates, unlimited cover letters, and full AI rating feedback.

How does the 24-hour free trial work?

When you start the Premium plan you get 24 hours of full access at €0. You can cancel any time within the first 24 hours and you will not be charged. If you continue, your card is charged €9.99 after 24 hours and renews monthly.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel in one click from your account settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then. No questions asked.

Do you offer a refund?

Yes. If you are not satisfied, we offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Just contact us at EuropassAi@europass.ai and we will process it.

What languages does Europass.ai support?

Europass.ai is available in 25 languages including English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, Dutch, Romanian, Croatian, Bulgarian, Czech, Greek, Turkish, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Hindi, Urdu, Belarusian, and Serbian. The AI generates your CV content in the language you choose.

Will my CV be accepted by EU employers?

Yes. The Europass format is the standard CV layout across the European Union and is accepted by employers, educational institutions, and government bodies throughout Europe. Every CV we generate is ATS-optimized and fully compliant with the format.

Is my personal data safe?

Yes. We are GDPR-compliant, store your data securely, and never share your CV or personal information with third parties. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your settings.
